Add Dancers to a Show

To add dancers to a show, go to Shows>View All Shows in the sidebar and then click the green Add Dancers button next to the show name.

There are five ways you can add dancers to a show:

1. Search for a dancer's name and click their name from the dropdown. Once finished, click submit.
   
2. Add dancers from a specific group by clicking the purple "Add dancers from Groups" button at the top of the page.
3. Add dancers who have a specific tag by clicking the blue "Add dancers from Tag" button at the top of the page.
   
4. Add all dancers from the studio to the show by clicking the green "Add all Studio Dancers to Show" button at the top of the page.
5. Copy/Paste a list of dancers using the "Copy/Paste Dancers" button at the top of the page. You can copy/paste any list of dancers in First Name Last Name format (John Smith) or Last Name, First Name format (Smith, John). There should be one dancer per line when pasting your list. Check In Pointe will match the names as long as they exactly match the dancer name in the system. For example, Check In Pointe will match John Smith to the correct dancer, however if your pasted list said Jonathan Smith, then no dancer would be assigned for that line.
