SMS Message Credits

All Check In Pointe accounts include 500 SMS message credits upon creation. Each year when the subscription renews, the account will be reloaded with an additional 500 message credits. Every message sent will deduct one message credit. The following will cost message credits:

• Enabling Check In/Check Out alert texts to parents
  
• Sending Messages to Dancers/Volunteers

Each message will deduct one credit. For example, if a dancer has three phone numbers attached to their profile, then a check-in alert message will be sent to all three numbers and cost three message credits.  Sending to a group of dancers will also cost multiple message credits. For example, messaging a dressing room that contains 36 dancers, will deduct as many credits as messages sent (number dancers multiplied by the number of phone numbers each has).

Additional message credits can be purchased by going to Settings>Billing and clicking the blue "Purchase 500 Message Credits" button. Your studio's card on file will be charged for the additional credits. Additional message credits are $5 for 500 credits. 

You can always view your remaining message credit balance on the dashboard.
